The Art of Relaxation: Restorative Yoga & Guided Meditation

About the Event
Join me for my special event to explore the possibility of relaxation through yoga & meditation. We'll start our practice with restorative yoga, a practice that uses bolsters, blankets, blocks and other yoga props to create supportive, mostly supine yoga poses that we will rest in for extended periods of time. Woven into the practice will be guided meditations that focus on helping to anchor our awareness and work towards relaxation. Each practice is sequenced around a central theme. We'll end with an extended savanna, a period of relaxation, will the offering of optional Reiki energy work.
