Relaxation can be a challenging but much needed part of our rhythm. The practice of restorative yoga can help one work towards finding relaxation. In this practice, we will explore extended rests in poses supported by props such as blankets and bolsters. This practice will also weave in different forms of guided meditation to help elicit the relaxation response. This practice is perfect for all, whether you find relaxation easy or not.
