A two hour experience to unwind the body, nervous system, mind & spirit through the mediums of restorative yoga & sound meditation.
Our practice will open with breathing practices before we dive into the art of relaxation. Our experience will have carefully integrated visual meditations to help us connect to subtle body energetics. The experience will end with an extended savasasa resting period with a soundscape created by Himalayan Singing Bowls and other soothing sounds.
